Man's True Colors

Who: Men who are looking for more variety in their apparel selection. Men who want to show off their best features in an elegant manner. Fitness wear and tailored suits show them off best, but fitness wear doesn’t fit in most settings, and tailored suits are good but lack the range; also overstated.

What: A men’s wear collection that exposes certain parts of the male figure; avant garde aesthetic, a look that is vulnerable but not too revealing to the point where it comes off as provocative.
Where: I want men to wear this everywhere, and start a trend that will expand the view of what makes a man attractive. 


When: Now; start off small with these designs, and once men and society in general start to adopt the vision, then expand in more expressive concepts


Why: To redefine masculinity; help men express themselves better and peel back those layers; societal norms have made a majority of men to put up a hard shell/exterior; increase confidence; once you find a style you like to express yourself in you feel good and it trickles down to every other aspect in your life.

Feelings: Confident, expressive, vulnerable, masculine, inspired, sexy, seductive, elusive, free, unburdened
Design: Low necklines, midriffs, cutouts, free flowing, wide legged, form fitting in the right places
Silhouettes: Triangle, Inverted Triangle, Bowtie
